NICOLE RAJBENBACH

BSc (hons) MRCSLT MHCPC MASLTIP

I have 16 years experience of working directly with pre-school and school aged children across London both privately and within the NHS. I work with children with a range of difficulties including language delay/disorder as well as higher level difficulties with word finding and auditory memory, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Articulation and Phonological difficulties and Voice difficulties.

I also have experience of working less directly in a more health promotional role at Children’s Centres, including weekly Stay and Play sessions, Speech and Language Therapy Drop-In sessions, Baby Groups and working with the Community Nursery Nurse in giving post natal talks to first time mothers.

A large percentage of children I see have English as a second language alongside language difficulties.  A high number of these children have Education Health Care Plans (EHCP).

We work jointly with parents/carers, and where appropriate school or nursery, to ensure the child reaches their full potential. This is done by providing one to one assessment, therapy and advice in a fun and motivating way, as well as providing training.
